Our home protection plan is a pet and child friendly preventive maintenance program.

The First Service or “Flush Out”

Our first treatment is called the initial service or sometimes the “flushout service”. During this service we like to have access inside and outside the home.

Inside The Home

Inside the home we want access to key entry points. We’d like to take a peek in the attic and in most cases place a small friendly bait to prevent attic pests. We’d also like to take a look under the sinks of the home where the hot and cold water come into the home. We just want to pull back the plastic covers and in most cases we’ll want to do a gentle treatment into the wall of the home to pests from following the condensation on the plumbing into the home. If you have a garage we’d like to treat their as well. Especially the two corners by the big car door because it’s very much a hot spot for the black widows. The technician will also address any current concerns you have inside the home.

On The Exterior

On the exterior of the home we perform a barrier treatment all along the cracks and crevices of the foundation of the home. This is what keeps the ants, roaches, spiders, ticks, centipedes, millipedes, silverfish, earwigs, crickets etc. from coming in your home or in the walls of your home. This barrier is the most important part of the treatment.

As A Courtesy

Also as a courtesy we will take down cobwebs around the light fixtures, spray and remove wasp nests under the eaves or deck and treat any fire ant mounds immediately around the home. Obviously we can’t prevent the cobwebs, wasp nests, and fire ant mounds from popping up in between services but we are happy to address them at the time of each service.
