The European Hornet
The European Hornet is a benificial insect that should only be treated when nesting in or near a structure. One way to keep them from being attracted to a structure at night is by changing to yellow lights. During the day they are attracted to trees and shrubs with pollen. Try to avoid fruit trees, or atleast remove any fruit that has fallen as soon as possible. If treatment is needed it should be done at nighttime, while all bees are at the nest, and protective clothing should be worn.
