Q: I’m on a group route being serviced tomorrow but would like to reschedule my service what are my options?
A: Okay, there’s a couple options we’d love to briefly explain and you let us know which works best for you. Option A, we can complete the treatment tomorrow while we’re near your home and wait to bill your card until a specified date later in the month. Option B, we can check if we’ll be back out on your route later in the month and reschedule for that date. Option C, we can change your account from bi-monthly to quarterly. The quarterly treatments are $20 more than the bimonthly treatments but because they’re only every three months you save $50 a year. Option D, is a one-time offer to change your current schedule from even months to odd months or from odd months to even.
